Prices shown on the website both for India and in other international countries are subject to change without prior notice.   1.      Trendz reserves the right to refuse to process transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by buyer with Trendz or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.

  1.      Trendz may delay notifying the payment confirmation i.e. informing Seller to Dispatch, if we find it suspicious or for buyers conducting high transaction volumes to ensure safety of the transaction and transaction price.

  1.      The buyer acknowledge that we will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a transaction/transaction price or any delay in processing a transaction/transaction price which is beyond control of Trendz.

  1.      Buyer shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under,      Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using Payment Facility and our website.

Customs duty for international order

Please note custom duty is added over and above the shipping cost. Shipping & handling costs refers to the cost of shipping an item from the shipping location to the destination country.

We do not take any duty/taxes in advance from customers. If any such duty/taxes are applicable for your shipment, the respective courier company will directly contact you with the required information.

On receiving such information, you will have to pay the duty/taxes amount to the concerned courier company. Once paid, the service provider usually delivers the shipment to you.

Non-availability on delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to usPlease provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen and unavoidable time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.


The colours shown on the pictures  and the recommended field when ordering are not guaranteed to be the exact match and might or will vary a couple of tones over or under that of the given option depending on the saturation, hue and configuration of the devices that a person uses. Those options are only to be used as reference and not as validation of it being the exact same colour tone.


Trendz endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation {Policy regarding colour mentioned above}), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

Since we provide a detailed and accurate size chart for our products, we encourage the customer to always refer to the chart to pick the correct required size. Failure in choosing the required size or error made in choosing the required size WILL NOT be grounds for a return or replacement. If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product please write to us within 5 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer you a refund, following a quality check, which will be processed in 7-10 working days. 


Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  •      Damages due to misuse of product by the buyer
  •      Any product that is returned without all original packaging and, all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

  •      Clothes worn (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.

  •      Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

  •      Damaged or defective clothing products are meanwhile covered by the 5 Day Replacement Guarantee

Returns Policy

Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the buyer on our website. Following situations may arise:

  •      Item was defective
  •      Item was damaged during the Shipping

  •      Products was/were missing

  •      Wrong item was sent by the Seller (Policy regarding colour is mention on previous paragraphs)

Return will result in refund of money.

The amount will be refunded only after the receipt and verification of the product by Trendz and if we find that the product meets our Return Policy Conditions.

Trendz reserves the right to reject the claim of any Return Request as well as reject the return if the product on inspection does not meet our return policies.

In such an event the product would be returned back to the customer without any replacement.


Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

International returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at trendzboutiqueaply@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 5 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.
